Acupressure Routine for Lower Back + Leg Relief
✨ 1. Weizhong (BL-40) – Back of the Knee

Location: Center of the back of the knee crease.

How: Press with thumbs or knuckles for 1–2 minutes, circular motion or steady pressure.

Benefits: Relieves lower back pain, sciatica, and tight leg muscles.
✨ 2. Kunlun (BL-60) – Outer ankle

Location: In the depression between the lateral malleolus (outer ankle bone) and the Achilles tendon.

How: Press with your thumb for 30–60 seconds on each side.

Benefits: Releases back tension, helps neck stiffness, supports labor (avoid if pregnant!).
✨ 3. Chengshan (BL-57) – Mid-calf

Location: Midway down the calf, in the center of the muscle when you point your toe down. It’s about halfway between BL-40 and the ankle.

How: Press and massage deeply for 1 minute on each leg.

Benefits: Great for sciatica, leg cramps, and calf tightness.
✨ 4. Yaoyan (Extra Point) – Lower back dimples

Location: About 3–4 finger-widths out from your spine, level with your waist (L4 area). Right above the sacrum.

How: Press with thumbs or use a tennis ball against a wall or floor for 1–2 minutes.
