Kunlun (BL-60)—a powerful acupressure point on the Urinary Bladder meridian, known for relieving pain, promoting labor, and supporting the spine.

📍 Kunlun (BL-60) – "Kunlun Mountains"

🔎 Location

  • Found on the outer side of the ankle, in the depression between the lateral malleolus (outer ankle bone) and the Achilles tendon.

  • To locate: Gently run your finger along the Achilles tendon toward the ankle bone—you’ll feel a small hollow right between them. That’s BL-60.

How to Apply Acupressure

  1. Sit or lie comfortably, with your foot supported.

  2. Use your thumb or fingertip to press directly into the depression.

  3. Apply firm but gentle pressure for 1–2 minutes on each side.

  4. You can also massage the area in small circles if it's too tender to press deeply.

  5. Breathe slowly and deeply—this enhances the calming effect.

💡 Try this in the evening if you're experiencing back pain or restlessness in the legs.
