Found on the top of the foot, in the depression just behind the 4th and 5th metatarsal bones (the bones leading to your pinky and ring toe).

Slide your finger along the top of the foot between the 4th and 5th toes until you feel a natural dip—that’s GB-41.
✋ How to Apply Acupressure

Sit in a comfortable position where you can reach your foot.

Use your thumb or knuckle to apply firm pressure to GB-41.

Press and massage in circles for about 1–2 minutes per foot.
