This book is one of my favourite books which I could not put down over the weekend. It doesn't require in depth knowledge about Taoism and it explains the history and theories behind Wu Wei when required. It discusses how to incorporate Wu Wei into our busy daily life's but also presents in depth details about the Wu Wei aspects in Tai Chi, Tranquil Sitting, Mindfulness, Zhan Zhuan, Fasting and many others. For me the chapters that discusses Wu Wei and Tai Chi / Tranquil Sitting were real eye opener.  I can highly recommend this book.
